Sign up dates are as Follows:

June 2     Location- Providence Middle School. Time-10 to Noon.

June 16   Location- Providence Middle School. Time-10 to Noon.

June 30   Location- Providence Middle School. Time-10 to Noon.

Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Football Cost: Flag-$100, Tackle- $135
