Mission Statement
The Mission of Diamond Bar Pop Warner(DBPW) is to enable childeren to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Through this active participation, DBPW programs teach fundamental values, skills, and knowledge that the participating children will use throughout their lives.

Respect - (to show regard, esteem or consideration for) – We will respect ourselves and
others at all times, including but not limited to DBPW events.
Safety - (freedom from the occurrence or risk of injury or danger) – It is our responsibility
to give our absolute best effort toward creating and maintaining a safe environment for
DBPW participants, spectators, staff, and volunteers.
Integrity (adherence to moral and ethical principles; honesty) – We will have integrity
in all that we do at all times, including but not limited to DBPW events.
Commitment to Leadership – We believe that DBPW should be a leader in youth
sports. We also believe that each individual needs to be a leader in his/her area of responsibility.
We will recognize ourselves as leaders, and those that lead us with respect.
Continuous Improvement – We strive for continuous improvement in ourselves,
and those we have the ability and/or responsibility to help improve.

First and Goal Football Nation is an organization dedicated to youth sports in California. They follow, rank, and get directly involved with all levels of youth football organizations, from the high school ranks on down to Pop Warner.
All of us at Diamond Bar Pop Warner Football & Cheer are proud to have been recognized by First and Goal Nation as 1 of the Top 25 youth football organizations in California. We hope to continue this trend of success, and in turn continue to climb their ranking chart.
