Congratulations to the 14U

Congraulations to the 14U in finishing in second place in the Oakland ASA metro championships. The 14u came from to loser bracket after losing to the Kg hitters on saturday. They won 3 in a row to make it to the championship game. Unfortunatley one bad inning hurt the Diamonds and they lost to the KG hitters a second time who went undefeated in the tounament.Our hats are off to all of the girls as they shut the KG hitters down after that bad inning and held them to one run. They went on to lose 6-2. This earned the diamonds a berth in the western regionals.
To all that supported these young ladies on this fantastic weekend the ORG thanks you.

Delta Diamonds 16U Tryouts
Delta Diamonds FastPitch Softball 16U will be holding tryouts for the Spring/Summer 2011 Season by appointment only. Please contact Coach Pete at DiamondsFastPitch@gmail.com for further information.
16U Team
The 16U Diamonds, managed by a staff of certified ASA and NFHS coaches, has a charter of creating a well balanced team comprised of elite players who are able to play at the highest level of competition while pursuing and maintaining the highest level of scholastic achievements.
Congratulations to the 14U Delta Diamonds RR. Champions of the 2009 ASA Oakland Regionals. As a result of winning the regionals, the team earned a berth to the 14U USA/ASA Nationals in Marietta, GA where they eventually finished 47th out of 122 teams.
Prior to the Marietta, GA trip, the team traveled to the Triple Crown World Series in Park City, UT where they placed 3rd out of 48 14A teams.
Considered one of the best teams in the Bay Area, we extend a huge congratulations for a job well done. Great Job Ladies!!
A majority of this same team has moved up to play 16U (ASA, IFA and Premier)ball.
