THE DFW HAWKS KICK A WINNING FIELD GOAL FOR A 31-30 WIN AGAINST THE MESQUITE MARSHALS!

February 22, 2016

It was a night to remember as the DFW Hawks step indoors to take on the Mesquite Marshals of the Champions Indoor Football league. The game was on live TV and the Mesquite Arena was packed with more than 4000 fans in a attendance. The Hawks went into the 4th quarter down by 10 points and were able to cut the score to 28-30 with less than 4 minutes to go in the game. The Marshals were eating up the clock but with only 32 seconds to go in the game #41 Clark, intercepted the Marshals QB to give the Hawks 1 more chance. Only 13 seconds left in the game the Marshals intercepted a pass and returned it for what appeared to be the final dagger to the Hawks, but that was not the case! There was a flag for pass interference and the Hawks had 1 play left with no time on the clock. #13 Fields delivered the winning kick and the Hawks won the game 31-30!
