Welcome to the Damascus High School Athletic Booster Club
The Damascus High School Athletic Boosters is a non-profit organization comprised of dedicated parents, guardians, alumni, coaches, school administrators, and community members. Our goals and objectives are to:
• Help maintain and improve the athletic facilities at DHS
• Support and recognize the efforts of our teams and athletes
• Provide additional opportunities to our teams and athletes
• Assist in building team and school spirit and pride
The Athletic Boosters supports all teams and athletes at Damascus High School by providing:
• Team Budget Augmentation
• Participation and Scholar Athlete Certificates
• Scholarships to outstanding student athletes

Congratulations to the Cross Country team - 3A Maryland State Cross Country Champions!! Congrats also to the Girls Volleyball Team for winning the 3A West Regional Title!

Team Weeks at Modell's in Germantown runs from Friday, Nov. 27th thru Christmas Eve. Tell the cashier that you're with Damascus High School Athletic Boosters and receive 10% off all purchases. You can use the discount repeatedly during the shopping period. 5% comes back to Boosters!
LUGGAGE TAG FUNDRAISER!
Just in time for the upcoming busy holiday travel season, the Booster Club is kicking off its first-ever Luggage/Bag Tag Fundraiser. The fundraiser will run from now until November 16th. Information about the fundraiser along w/an Order Form is located under "HANDOUTS" ON THE MENU BAR. NOTE: When you click on Handouts and select "Luggage Tag Fundraiser" it will take a few extra seconds to load. There is a color photo of the luggage tag brochure w/the order form. In addition to the 12 designs there is also a HORNETS TAG. This is ideal for sports bags, etc. There is a generic DAMASCUS HORNETS TAG as well as a sports specific tag.
If you would like to place an order, please complete the order form and return it along w/payment to the DHS Main Office in an envelope marked "DHS ATHLETIC BOOSTERS LUGGAGE TAG FUNDRAISER".

Hornet Stadium Chair
Are you tired of sitting on the bleachers and being uncomfortable? The Booster Club is selling stadium chairs. Please go to www.stadiumchair.com/chairs_stadium.html to see the chair we will be ordering. The color of the chair is dark green and it will say Damascus with a Hornet on it. The chairs take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

> Do you have a student athlete at Damascus High School? If so, then you need to join the Booster Club. We need your help! Teams who get 50% of their players to join receive $5 back per player. Teams w/100% participation receive $10 back per player.
>The cost of an annual membership is as follows:
Family Plan Membership - $35 per family (Essential for the family of student athletes)
_______ DHS Staff Membership - $35 for all staff and administration at DHS
_______ DHS Alumni Membership - $50 for all graduates of DHS
_______ DHS Community Membership - $50 for any Damascus community member
______ Booster Patrons - $200 includes membership, private parking at all home football games,merchandise credit, special recognition, and a one season pass for 2 adults. This membership is available to any fan of DHS! Very limited number available!
>The membership fee goes directly to your student's team. In addition, Booster Club memberships support the DHS Athletic Department in the area of field and facility maintenance, equipment, etc. If you would like to become a member of the Booster Club, please click on "HANDOUTS" and complete the form and mail it in. Or you can drop off the membership form with a check payable to DHS Boosters in the DHS Main office. The Booster Club meets on the first Monday of each month in the Hornet's Nest at 7 p.m. Thanks for your support of DHS Athletics!

All home games draw large crowds and this is an excellent opportunity to advertise your business. Not only will your banner be on display but your business name will also be announced during the games. THIS YEAR THERE ARE SEVERAL LEVELS OF BANNER SPONSORSHIPS AND SOME INCLUDE A PREFERRED PARKING PASS AS WELL AS SEASON PASSES.
