Welcome!
Thank you for visiting our web site. Down & Dirty Softball was established in La Mirada in 1988. We have gone through a few name changes (sticking with Down & Dirty) and many ballplayers, many of who are still out there playing for different teams. We started out playing softball as a group of people that worked at the different movie theatres in the area and decided to have our own league. After that league we moved to begin playing for the City of La Mirada at La Mirada Regional Park. Then we started playing SCMAF at La Mirada Regional as well until the city league folded. We also played Major League Softball for the City of Santa Fe Spring. Fianlly we have found a good home playing SCSA at the Yard in Fullerton for the past six years. We play tournaments off and on and have loaned out players to other teams, but now in late 2005 we are starting to play more tournaments. Most of our team plays on Monday and Wednesday nights at the yard with some players playing additional nights and locations.
