WAITING LIST: In an effort to ensure that the ratio of players to coaches is optimal, DSA caps the size of its teams. If you attempt to register for a division where no roster slots are currently available, the system will block you. To ensure your position on a waiting list (we may form an additional team if sufficient interest exists, or a player may drop out), please register for the division labeled "Waiting List." NO FEES will be accessed at this time. When completing the registration form for "Waiting List," PLEASE INDICATE the division you wish to be considered for under "Special Requests."

Information for Parents of New Players

Do you know what size glove you need for your player? Have you asked: What is the “Code of Ethics” for parents and players? What size field will my player be using? Do I need to buy a bat for my child entering T-Ball? I have a player entering 9-10 kid pitch, what size bat should I buy for him? Check the “Handouts/Rules” and the "Bulletin Board" tab on the right for tips and information for your young player.

DSA Inclement Weather Policy

Always check with your team's head coach or team mom for current playing status. Practices and games are not allowed on any field that has been closed by the Montgomery County (closure information for park fields and school fields is now available from one source) .

In case of inclement weather you should call the following number. The phone lines should be updated by 4:00 PM on weekdays, by 8:00 AM on Saturdays and by 11 AM on Sundays. Please note that these lines are updated by the county, not DSA.

If fields are not closed teams should report as scheduled. Umpires will then make the determination.

Teams that hold practice or games on muddy fields and damage was done due to their actions, the league risks loosing that field for the season and possibly permanently. Any action by the county will directly affect the team(s) involved and will loose their practice field.
