Stunting - Stunting insludes 3 major positions, basing, spotting, and flying. Cheerleaders could be ask to try all of the areas. We will start with the fundamentals of stunting (balance, proper positioning, proper lifting techniques) then to the basics (step up drills, thigh stands, shoulder sits) next to intermediate/advance stunting (extenstions, fulls, pop cradles, basket tosses, liberties, full twist). The Girls will never be able to stunt without an adult coach.
Dance/Cheer Dance - We will be working on dances for competitions and events. Most of our dancing includes some stunting. Dances consist of dancing cheer motions and stunts.
