REGISTRATION DATES FOR 2014 SEASON
Late Registration: Saturday, May 10th from 10:00am - 1:00pm
DeKalb High School Cafeteria
**This will be the FINAL registration for Tackle Football**
Tackle Football and Cheer Late/Final Regstration Fee: $300 (includes $250 in raffle tickets)
Please note age change to tackle football - Player must be age 7 by 9/1/2014 to register
**Must pay registration fee to receive raffle tickets. Sell raffle tickets and you keep the money!!
***For those who are on the payment plan... Remainder due by final registration on 5/10/14. If not paid in full by 5/10/14, player is not registered and first payment will not be refunded.
Raffle tickets will be disbursed as payments are received.
**NEW FOR 2014 - FLAG FOOTBALL FOR 5 AND 6 YEAR OLDS**
Registration Fee for Flag Football: $60 (includes $60 in raffle tickets)
**Must pay registraion fee to receive raffle tickets. Sell raffle tickets and you keep the money!!
Participant and Parent MUST be be present at registration for Tackle Football!
The following required documents will need to be turned in at registration or by 7/19/14:
> Flag/Tackle Football: A copy of CERTIFIED Birth Certificate for any NEW players.
*Returning players already have a copy of birth certificate on file*
> Flag/Tackle Football and Cheer: A current sports physical is required to participate, signed by a physian and dated after 12/1/2013.

2:00PM - 3:30PM AT DEKALB HIGH SCHOOL FIELD HOUSE
Coaches will be evaluating players to prepare for team draft!
