Football & Cheer Registration
Final Registration for 2013 Season: Saturday, May 4th
8:00am – 12:00pm at DeKalb High School Cafeteria
Football Late Registration Fee: $300.00 (includes $100.00 in raffle tickets)
Cheerleader Late Registration Fee: $300.00 (includes $100.00 in raffle tickets)
Participant and Parent must be present at registration! No Exceptions!!
The following required documents will need to be turned in at registration or by 7/20:
*Football: A COPY of CERTIFIED Birth Certificate for any NEW players.
Returning players already have copy of birth certificate on file.
*Football & Cheer: Physical - A current sports physical, signed by a physician and dated 12/1/12 or after.
**Multiple child discount: $25 off for each additional child**
Payment plan is not available for 5/4/13 registration.
Reminder to those who opted for payment plan on 4/6 - remainder is due by final registration on 5/4/13.
If not paid in full by 5/4/13, player is not registered and first payment will not be refunded.
May 4th, 1-3: Football Mini Camp at DeKalb High School
Coaches will be evaluating players during this time to prepare for team draft.
July 13th: Equipment Handout
July 15-18: Camp
July 29th: First Day of Practice
August 9th: Jersey Night
August 10th: Picture/Scrmimmage Day
