East Texas Pop Warner League Information
East Texas Pop Warner provides football, cheer, & dance programs for youth in the 5 to 12 age range. We are based in the East Texas area and stress academics & teamwork. We are members of the National Pop Warner Little Scholars Organization which has been in existence for 75 years. The advantages of ETPW are our playoff system and kids get to play against kids their same ages and weights. The top four teams in each competitive division will advance to our league playoff system. The winner from league playoffs will advance to the regional playoffs. A team has the opportunity (if they continue to win) to advance to the national playoffs that are held in Orlando, FL every December.
Football Information
East Texas Pop Warner offers full contact tackle football for kids in the 5 to 12 age range. We teach the fundamentals of the game and stress teamwork. Kids compete with kids of similar age and size that reduces the risk & reality of injury.
The winners of our Junior Pee Wee and Pee Wee divisons advance to the area playoffs with the chance to advance to the Pop Warner Super Bowl In Florida.The flag & mighty mite divisions do not have champions since they are consider instructional divisions.
Cheerleader Information
East Texas Pop Warner has cheerleading teams for kids in the 5 to 12 age range. The cheerleaders support each of our football teams at the games during the season. After the season, they compete in the league's cheer & dance competition. The winners advance to the regional competition with the possibility of advancing to the National Competition in Florida.
Dance Team Information
East Texas Pop Warner has dance teams that perform at halftime of our youth football games and compete in our end of year cheer and dance competition. Division winners of our local competition advance to regionals with the possibility of going to the National Competition in Florida. Teams are comprised of kids in the 5 to 12 age range and perform different types of dance routines from pom to jazz to hip hop.
