We are having an OPEN BOARD MEETING on Sunday, September 11 at 6 pm at the Jeffers Park Pavilion. The purpose of this meeting is to fill open board member positions for the next season. There are numerous positions open this year and plenty of opportunities to get involved with the organization of our league.

The following positions are open for next season:

Vice President



Safety Officer/Schedule Coordinator

Communications/Marketing Officer

Player Agents (unsure of divisions)

Concessions Manager (non-voting member of the board as this is a paid position)

Umpire Coordinator


If you have any interest in any of the above positions please let us know that you are interested in a position(s), what position(s) and please attend the open board meeting. If you need more information about any position please send an email to and we will provide more information. Even if you are not interested in filling a position, you are still welcomed to attend the open meeting as this will be an opportunity to provide any feedback or ideas.

It is important that if you are wanting to fill a board position that you let us know so we can know how many people are interested in each position. As always, if you have any questions please let us know.
