EJMS Eight Grade Tailgate 2012
*Please feel free to bring any food you would like to contribute; I will have food as well for all the eighth grade players…..
Agenda:
-Tailgate Time: 9:30-11:00am
-Leave for stadium: 11:00am
-Game time: 12:00 PM
We will call at the end of third quarter to let you know we will be back at Morton in about one hour for student pickup
Directions to Location: Morton Middle School (1225 Tates Creek Road)
1. Take Nicholasville Road towards Lexington
2. Turn Right and merge onto New Circle Road East
3. Follow New Circle Road to you get to the Tates Creek Road, Exit 18
4. Take Tates Creek Road Exit, Exit 18, when at the bottom of the ramp turn left at the light.
5. Drive towards Lexington, on Tates Creek Road.
6. You will stay on Tates Creek Road for about 3 miles. (You will go past Alumni Drive)
7. Turn Right onto Providence Road and then left into the parking lot.

Equipment returns will be accepted Monday, October 29th- Wednesday, October 31st from 8-8:30am (before school). The last day to return equipment will be Thursday, Nov. 1st from 5-6pm before the banquet.

This year’s banquet will be on Thursday, November 1st at 6:00pm-7:00ish in the Cafe-Theater at EJMS. The booster club will provide the meat.

We ask that each grade level bring a specific item listed below.
8th Grade: Side Dish
7th Grade: Drinks
6th Grade: Dessert

If you have not already done so, please email us at ejmsjags.football@gmail.com to let us know how many are planning to attend for your family. This will ensure we have plenty of food.
