We start Strength and Conditioning on Monday, February 1st at 5pm with speed training.
We will go Monday 5pm for speed training and Wednesday and Fridays 4pm for Freshman and 5 pm for Sophomores and Juniors.
Club fees apply and we will get all the paperwork together for club signups on Monday.
This is the start of a championship so plan on making all three days each week. No excuses.
