The East Penn Youth Basketball League currently does not have a president. If you have questions regarding the league including cancellations, rescheduling, or discipline, please contact your youth association basketball coordinator.
Game Cancellation Policy - Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, games are canceled according to the following policy.
Lower Macungie Rec Center, East Side Youth Center, and Macungie Park are independent, we will notify if canceled.
The remainder of our gyms cancel based on school district closure. Any time the district closes school for the entire day or has early dismissal due to inclement weather, the school gyms are closed for games and practices. Gyms link to school districts as follows:
Eyer, LMMS, Shoemaker Elem, Macungie Elem, EHS aux gym - East Penn School District
Salisbury Middle School - Salisbury School District
We will attempt to notify coaches of cancellation by telephone. Cancellations will also be published on the ticker at the top of this website.
Referee Fees
Each team will pay one referee.
2010 ref fees are $20/team Juniors, $25/team Seniors.
The home team is expected to provide someone to operate the scoreboard at each game.
Coaches Alert - Reporting Game Results
Winning coach should report game results within 48 hrs of game - email or text to Derek 484-350-8494 derik.houser@yahoo.com
We will not be tracking individual player stats this season, please do not report them.
Coaches Alert - Team Rosters
Coordinators please send your final roster to Heather by Jan 2 (watkinsha@aetna.com). Please use the Excel spreadsheet under Handouts tab to report rosters, include players first name, last initial, school grade, and birthdate.
League Meetings

League meetings held at Macungie Park Building-basement, generally the 3rd Sunday each month during the season.
Meeting for all coaches and coordinators will be Sun Dec 18 8 pm
