Habits of success
The habits of success are forged in practice.
In practice you learn the art of concentration.
In practice you learn to train your brain as well as your body.
Practice time is when you put your brain into your muscles.
The conscious practice of routine leads to the unconscious habit of success.
A routine is something you do regularly that you control and has a purpose.
Routines are comforting mechanisms - Triggering mechanisms. They differ from superstitions.
However you practice, practice makes permanent.
"EXCELLENCE"
Excellence can be attanded If you,
Care more than others think is wise,
Risk more than other think is safe,
Dream more than others think is practical,
Expect more than other think is possible,
"WINNING DOES MATTER!"
In life Winning has to do with effort.
If you play hard-regardless of the score- you are a winner, not a loser.
Playing hard every chance you get is winning.
Developing self discipline is winning.
Developing a healthy, positive attitude towards yourself and your sport is winning.
Knowing that you gave everything you had is winning.(effort)
How many of the above are controlled be you?
Individuals don't win or lose, Teams win or lose, and that team includes you, your family, your players and their families.
