Welcome to the Extreme Heat Baseball Team web site.
The Extreme Heat is a 14 under travel/club baseball team located in the North/Northwest valley. It is our goal in the organization to teach baseball fundamentals, promote sportsmanship, and develop our players to their greatest potential, all while making new friends and having fun playing baseball.

EXCUSES - When you make excuses, you are basically transferring responsibility and hindering personal growth or improvement. The conscious acceptance of responsibility is a significant indicator of your maturity and mental toughness - remember: excuses die, achievement endures.
QUITTING - To be a true competitor, you must never give in and never give up. You realize that each pitch or play is important "in the moment" and you give each pitch or play your best effort, regardless of the score or the situation. Competing relentlessly increases your confidence in yourself; on the other hand, quitting reinforces a sense of incompetence or inadequacy.
