Week 21. 4/16-4/22
The Bulldogs will be on the road this weekend, traveling to Michigan State to take on the Spartans in a three game series. The series starts Friday night at 7pm and then will concluded with the double header on Sunday starting at 12pm. All games are at Municipal Park in Lansing. Go Dawgs!
Due to the weather, the teams played a triple header on Sunday. The Spartans took all 3 games of the series. The Bulldogs finish the year with a 5-17 (1-11) record.
The Western Michigan series has been cancelled and will not be played.
As the season is now over the Bulldogs would like to thank all of our family and friends that came out and supported us this year. Thanks for your support and for keeping us feed. We look forward to improving and getting better for next year. Go Dawgs!
Week 20.4/9-4/15
The Bulldogs took both games of the double header against Grand Valley on Wednesday. Game 1 was a 9-8 victory in 8 innings and game 2 was a 10-4 victory. The second game was shortened due to darkness.
Game time and location for this weekend at WMU are as followed. 9 inning game Saturday starting at noon at Three Rivers High School. Double Header Sunday starting at noon at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo.
Saturday's game has been cancelled due to the weather. Ferris and WMU will play a triple header Sunday starting at 11am at Homer Stryker Field. This will be the second triple header of the season for the Bulldogs.
All Games for this weekend were cancelled due to the weather.

Week 19. 4/2-4/8.
The University of Michigan Wolverines brought their bats with them this weekend as they took all 3 games of the series. The next action for the Bulldogs is this Wednesday starting at 4pm against Grand Valley. This will be the final home games for the 2012 season. Go Dawgs!
Week 18. 3/26-4/1.
Attention Bulldog Baseball Fans. The Saturday double header has been postponed till Sunday. Sunday we will play three 7 inning games starting at 11am. The Bulldogs took game 1 of the series with a come from behind win in the bottom of the 7th. Unfortunately we could not keep the momentum going as Northwood took games 2 and 3. This week the Bulldogs host the University of Michigan. Go Dawgs!
Congratulations to Brandon Krebs and Darryl Bignham being named the Conference pitcher and player of the week!
Week 17. 3/19-3/25.
The Bulldogs started off their 2012 conference season against Central Michigan. Central won the series by taking all 3 games from the Bulldogs. The Chippewa pitchers were very effective at shutting down the Bulldogs at the plate while CMU added timely hitting on their way to the sweep. The Bulldogs look to bounce back as they return to action this weekend at home vs Northwood University.

Week 15. 3/5-3/11.
The Bulldogs return from their week of NCBA Spring Training in Plant City, Fl. We finished the week with a 2-6 record while playing many good teams. 5 out of the 8 teams we played were either ranked or were receiving votes. As we return home to Big Rapids we are preparing for our Great Lakes North Conference opener and our home opener against Central Michigan University the weekend of March 24.
