16U & 17U Flames players & parents are invited to the College Recruiting Seminar @ 7:00 pm Wednesday, December 2nd, at the Marriott North hotel in West Chester.
5 local college coaches representing every division will attend and explain the recruiting process and answer all of your questions.

Pitching workouts will start in December and be every Wednesday & Sunday. It
will be scheduled individually by each pitcher in 1.5 hr slots from 6:00-9:00
pm. It will consist of 30 minute warm up, 30 minute bullpen, & 30 minute core
strength work
