YAHL Summer 2013
Week 2 Scores
Rockies 8 to North Stars 2- The Rockies under ranked rookies helped in the domination over a mentally beaten Stars squad.
Nordiques 6 to Eagles 2- The Nordiques completely forgot that this is the summer league. Their embarassing game play helped them win but at what cost.
Whalers 6 to Eagles 2 - I'm happy the Whalers are all friends with each other because by the end of the season they will only have each other.
Seals 4 to Flames 9 - Finally a great example of what Summer Floor Hockey should be. The Seals played hard but without the Green brothers they weren't able to handle the Flames.
3 Stars - Week 2
Graham Hudson - Great Game by the league vet. Early leader for league MVP.
Ryan Klein - Playing much higher then Marlowe gave him credit for.
Ryan Richards / Jason Sirota - This line is so deadly........every team better watch out.
2012 YAHL SEASON X
THE PENGUINS ARE THE NEW YAHL CHAMPS!
YAHL SCORES - LA COUPE FINAL
Canucks (3) 2 to Penguins (1) 4 - A great back and forth 1st period that left Webber in serious penalty trouble and A+ Sinukoff out of the game with 3 for the Pens. The Penguins never gave up and kept the game going. The Pens tied up the game in the second period and kept up with the Canucks fast pace. The game was back and forth until 15 seconds left on the clock when Richie Srour shot a floater that found it's way behind Rechtashaffen. The Pens managed to score another goal with a second left and solidify their Championship!
3 Stars - La Coupe Final
*Richie Srour - Scored the huge game winner with 15 seconds left on the clock
**Jon Fishman - The leagues MVP and GOTY had another huge game for the Penguins and stopped most of the Canucks opportunities
***Danny Webber- This Floor Hockey Vet had a huge game and shut down most of the Canuck's opportunities
FHF 2012/2013

FHF SCORES - PLAYOFFS - FINALS
Crusaders 8 to Slingers 6 - The Slingers came out flying taking a 3-0 lead early in the game. All looked lost for the Crusaders until they unleashed Trevor on the Slingers. They were able to battle back and without their captain, were able to come away with the 1st Boule in Crusader history.
3 Stars - FHF PLAYOFFS - FINALS
*Trevor Freeman - Took control of the game and his ability to score at will led the Crusaders to La Boule
**Paul Hoffman - Coming off the birth of his daughter, was able to take over as leader for the Crusaders and coached them to victory
***Steve Weir - Showed he is not only a shutdown d-man but also dangled his way through the entire slingers team to score one of the nicer goals of the season
