FRANKLIN SQUARE LITTLE LEAGUE

In House Tournament Guidelines
Please note the following guidelines:
1. Open to 9/10 Baseball, 11/12 Baseball, and 9/10 Softball divisions
2. Team numbers are in no way related to regular season play, presumed skill level, or any other factor
3. Teams are slotted using a double-blind random drawing among the managers in the respective division. These slots are not "seeds". Please contact info@fslittleleague.org for further deatails on how the double-blind process works.
4. This tournament is a double-elimination bracket format wherein each team must loose two games to be eliminated*.
5. The tournament may become a *single-elimination at any time if adverse weather decreases our ability to complete the tournament by 6/16 (6/18 if needed)
6. Must be completed by 6/16 (6/18 for "if necessary" games)
7. Teams are not permitted to borrow players for tournament games and games cannot start with less than 8 players per team. Forfeits can occur.
8. We will make every possible attempt to post updated brackets on a daily basis to reflect the current results and match-ups.
9. The purpose of the tournament is to determine division champions through friendly neighborhood competition. Throughout the season, we attempt to put competiiton aside in favor of instruction. This tournament is the culmination of such instruction an is intended to teach the next step in athletic development - the art of competing to win through fair play.
10. Awards will be provided to the first and second place teams

Baseball and Softball Schedule Modifications
There WILL be small modifications as the season progresses. All modifications will be noted in the Bulletin Board, along with the calandar/schedules tab.
