This site was created for the benefit of the players, coaches, and fans of

Franklin Regional PANTHER football in grades 7 through 12.
Our goal is to inform you of general information, schedules, and items of interest.The upcoming season promises to be exciting as the PANTHERS return a solid group of players and have many younger players ready to step up and contribute as we compete against our rivals this year back in the AAA ALLEGHENY CONFERENCE.

We are so very proud of each and every player on and off the field for their hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence. Please join us with your support. Check back often as this site is updated several times each week.

Spring Ball/Picnic 2012

ANNUAL SPRING BALL GAME /KICK OFF PICNIC

SATURDAY - MAY 26th

Players are to report for Practice at 8:15 * GAME TO START AT 10:30 AM

LETS "KICK OFF " THE 2012 SEASON WITH OUR ANNUAL SPRING BALL PICNIC!

Buffet Lunch after the Game 11:30-Noon.

Place: HS Cafeteria/ Patio

For : Varsity/JV Players and Families.

The JV/Varsity team will be having a practice/game in the morning - 40 yds and shuttles timed

We will be firing up the grill at 11:00am . The buffet style dinner will be served around Noon.
Zita Yurko is running the dining room and needs a few more parents to help with set up/clean up
Please contact Zita for details.

Hot Dogs & Hamburgers will be served - Each team is responsible for bringing a covered dish:

12th grade - Desserts

11th grade - Salads /Appetizers

10th grade - Hot/cold Side dishes

FR Booster Meetings

The Franklin Regional Football Boosters meet the first Tuesday of every month
(except when the school is closed) in the FRHS LGI Room @ 7:30 pm.

ALL PARENTS are welcome and are encouraged to come to this and all the meetings to have voting privileges and see what the boosters do for the football players throughout the season!

I'll tell you this, in any fight it's the guy whose willing to die whose gonna win that inch. And I know, if I'm gonna have any life any more it's because I'm still willing to fight and die for that inch, because that's what living is, the six inches in front of your face. Now I can't make you do it. You've got to look at the guy next to you, look into his eyes. Now I think ya going to see a guy who will go that inch with you. Your gonna see a guy who will sacrifice himself for this team, because he knows when it comes down to it your gonna do the same for him. That's a team gentlemen, and either, we heal as a team, or we will die as individuals. That's football guys, that's all it is. Now what are you gonna do?
