Time Changes for TUE Games at Death Valley
October 6, 2009 - 05:30 PM
Due to dwindling daylight, all Tuesday games scheduled at Death Valley for the remainder of the 2009 Season (OCT 6, 13, 20 & 27) have been moved from 6:00 PM to 5:30 PM:
Please note the time change and be prepared to start the game promptly at 5:30 PM.
NOTE: This change does not impact games scheduled for David Cecil Memorial Stadium. Those games will start at 6:30 PM or whenever the varsity team completes their practice. Coaches & others are reminded stay off the field & out of the way while varsity football practice is concluding.
Spectator Viewing Areas
Please remember that the spectator viewing areas for FTJFL games DO NOT INCLUDE the sideline or endzone areas at either location. Only players, officials and "chain gang" should be on any sideline.
In Death Valley, this means that NO spectators should be on the South sideline. At David Cecil Memorial Stadium, NO spectators should be on the steps nearest the school behind the home team bench.
We realize on hot days these are the only shady places during some of our games. However, it is both an insurance concern and interferes with the normal progress of games if spectators are in these areas.
These rules will be strictly enforced in upcoming weeks, so please remind everyone of the appropriate spectator viewing areas when you see them. Thanks for your cooperation.

Call-Em-All Broadcast Message Corrections
If you have a problem with a Call-Em-All Broadcast Message, please try the following steps to correct. If the problem continues, please send an E-mail to Admin@FortThomasJrFootball.com briefly describing the problem.
1 - the messages are "voice activated," so you must speak to start the message; also, some mobile phones may pick up additional background noise (wind, car noise, radio, etc.) which may impact the message
2 - going forward, the Caller ID will show (877) 565-8456; if you have problems receiving a message, you should be able to call that number to get the message
3 - if you answer the call and experience problems, you should be able to press 1 to start the message over
Also, if you need to change the phone number to which Call-Em-All Broadcast Messages are sent, please send an E-mail to Admin@FortThomasJrFootball.com with the following information:
Player Name
Phone # currently being called
Phone # you need call to go to
* - Absent special needs, please do not request that the broadcast be sent to multiple phone #s. If we exceed a certain number of phone #s dialed, there is an additional cost to the FTJFL.
