The FYFA 7-on-7 Passing League is a competitive, one-hand touch football program that enables quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, defensive backs, linebackers and other skill players to improve their skills. The game is fast paced, exciting and challenging. It is a MUST DO for young football players wanting to improve their passing, catching, and defensive skills. It also is known to improve player speed, agility, and quickness because of its fast pace and one-on-one play that is required. This game is played by most Texas High School’s during the summer months culminating in a State-wide Tournament in College Station. This is a sport your athletes will be playing for many years!
•  Player eligibility: current 4th/5th grade and 6th/7th grade
  Cost: $75 per player.
Games on Sunday afternoons to minimize conflicts with baseball and lacrosse.
Game dates:  March 29, April 12, April 26, May 3
Total of 8 games in regular season.  Two games per day.
End of Season Tournament May 17 (24th if rainout)

Help make football and cheerleading available for all the youth in Friendswood.

Broncos History

Until 2005, Friendswood had only 2 youth football clubs. Even though these clubs had waiting lists of kids who wanted to play football, neither were willing to expand to accommodate these kids. Both chose to remain "exclusive". Youth football in Friendswood remained limited to members of these exclusive clubs while literally hundreds of kids were turned away and denied the opportunity to play.

The Broncos are Born:
In 2006, a group of dedicated parents started FYFA (Friendswood Youth Football Association) with the goal of giving every kid in Friendswood the opportunity to play football. FYFA would have open registration, not waiting lists. They would make as many teams as necessary to accommodate all the kids. They chose the mascot "Broncos".

FYFA decided to affiliate with the South Texas Youth Football Assocation (STYFA), whose member chapters are all open-registration programs, like FYFA's.

The concept proved so popular, that by the 2008 season, 400 kids were playing Broncos football. 400 kids who, just a few years before, would not have even had the chance to play.

The 2011 season was the Broncos 6th, and the Broncos Family grew to over 500 kids!
