Volunteer Applications
If you plan on volunteering for Glendora American Little League (i.e. manager, coach, parent helper or team mom), please print and fill out the following forms and hand them to your manager. If you have not been fingerprinted with G.A.L.L., call the police department and set up an appointment. After forms are processed, you will receive a badge that must be worn anytime you are interacting with players.
