6th Annual Turkey Raffle - Nov. 11th, 2011, 7 pm, Acadien Social Club
The Greater Gardner Youth Hockey 6th Annual Turkey Raffle is being held on Nov. 11th, 2011 at 7 pm at the Acadien Social Club, 193 Parker Street, Gardner, MA. Please come join us for a great time and support the organization. We are looking for as many volunteers to help out with this event, so if anyone is interested in helping out with this event, please contact Mike Therrien (email: mktherrien@yahoo.com).

Open Board Meeting, Oct. 17th, 7:00 pm, Gardner Rink Conference Room

Open board meeting for all Greater Gardner Youth Hockey members. Meeting will be held in the upstairs conference room at the Gardner Rink at 7 pm on Monday, October 17th, 2011. Agenda items to include:

Mite-ADM practices begin on Oct. 6th at Gardner Rink
The Mite-ADM Cross-Ice program begins practices on October 6th at the Gardner Rink at 6 pm. To sign up, please send email Scott Sanville (scott.sanville@charter.net). Registration form can be found here (Mite-ADM Registration Form). Game begin in early November. Program will include a total of 24 or 25 practices and 16 games and will include an end of the season Jamboree. The structure of this will be 2 practices per week until games start and then one practice and one game per week. Games will be played at several different rinks against other organizations in the Central Mass area including Twin City, P.A.T. and Groton.

Required forms for 2011-2012 season...

The following forms are required before players will be allowed on the ice for the first practice. These forms may be mailed with first payment by August 15th or may be handed in at the first practices at the end of August (schedules to be posted on NCMYH website). Tuitions set for upcoming 2011-2012 season

Tuition for the upcoming season has been set at $900 plus $50 for uniforms. First payment of $300 is due by August 15th. This payment may be lowered to $200 with the application of your $100 tryout fee. The remaining payments will be $300 due by Oct. 15th and $300 due by Nov. 30th. The $50 fee for the uniform may be paid with any of the three payments. All tuitions and uniform fees must be paid in full by Nov. 30th. If you need to make any other arrangements for tuition payments, please contact GGYH Treasurer Stephanie LeBlanc (treasurerggyh@gmail.com) prior to August 15th.
