Glyndon Soccer 2010 "Fall" Season Tryouts

Spring Tryouts for '10 Fall Season
We are pleased to announce that Glyndon Soccer & Sacred Heart Soccer have merged programs. Glyndon Soccer Club will remain the club program but will now have access to a much larger feeder program & potentially multiple teams in each age group. We will also place every child, on a Glyndon or Sacred Heart soccer team, expand our training & fund raising abilities & continue to build a strong soccer network in a larger geographical area.
Glyndon soccer evolutions for this Fall season will be held on the following dates:
Sunday April 25th
Sunday May 2nd
Saturday May 8th
All evaluations will be at 5:30pm & will be held at Franklin Middle School. The evaluations will be run by Mike Stankovic Soccer Academy & his trainers. This will allow Glyndon coaches to observe the boys without being involved with setting up drills, etc. The evaluations will be approx. 2 hours long. The first hour will be soccer training with Mike for each player & the second hour will be evaluations. There will be a $50 training/registration fee for these 3 dates. After the boys are placed on a team, the $50 fee will then become part of the registration fee.
All players participating in the training/evaluation sessions will have to register at SHGSC.ORG, prior to evaluations & pay the $50 fee. This site is scheduled to be updated by April 2nd to include information for parent registration. I realize that this is a change from last year so if you have any questions, please let us know.
Glyndon Soccer is an affiliate of MSYSA, has certified coaches and trainers, competes in BBSL, HarCo, CSMA, NCSL & our own Northwest Travel League along with numerous club & travel tournaments through out the year, and currently fields single-aged boy's teams for the U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, and U15 age groups.
