Calling all  boys and girls in the Greenville, Jamestown, and Commodore Perry School Districts!  Come sign up for Pee Wee/Midget Football and Cheerleading!!  To be held @ Liberty Lanes 32 Conneaut lake Rd May 13th & 17th, from 6pm 8pm.

ANY CHILD THAT SIGNS UP ON THESE DAYS WILL RECIEVE A VOUCHER FOR A FREE GAME OF BOWLING AT LIBERTY LANES...

Sign up fees:  Option 1--PLAY FOR FREE!!! SELL 60 RAFFLE TICKETS PER CHILD

                         Option 2--$40 per child with 30 raffle tickets; $20 with 30 raffle tickets for additional siblings

                         Option 3--$100 no raffle tickets; $80 no raffle tickets for siblings

ALL TICKETS MUST BE SOLD WITH STUBS AND MONEY TURNED IN BEFORE YOUR CHILD WILL RECEIVE ANY EQUIPMENT JULY 26TH ANY UNSOLD TICKETS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BUY THIS IS AN OPTION TO OFFSET SIGNUP COSTS AND MUST BE COLLECTED FOR THE SEASON TO GO ON...

ALL FEES,FUNDRAISERS,AND DONATIONS GO TOWARD IN SEASON COSTS LIKE FIELD RENTALS AND OFFICIALS,ANY EXTRA MONEY BEYOND THOSE COSTS GO TOWARD EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENTS AND OR REPLACEMENTS

ALL Parents MUST pay a $30 deposit for Game Day Help if and when you volunteer your time more than once, you will recieve your $30 deposit back. This includes holding sticks,concession stand, pre game set up,after game cleanup,scoreboard operations,raffle ticket salesperson,ect...

**NOTE: Program is ran by all volunteers and this is needed to make the program a success

                  Age(on July 31) and weight eligibility:

                                    Pee Wee Football:  7-9 years old under 115.5lbs.

                                                                     **6 years old with full time parent volunteer status**

                                    Midget Football :     10-11 years old under 150.5lbs (down lineman only)

                                                                       12U years old under 135.5lb

                                   Cheerleaders:           entering 1st grade-8th grade

Practice begins Monday, July 29th and will be held at Hempfield Park.  M-F, 5:30p-7:30p

OPEN CAMP WEEK FOR ALL AGES WILL BE JULY 22nd-25th, 5:30-7PM @ Hempfield Park
