National Letter of Intent - Signing day

Four Hampden Township American Legion players sign their National Letter of Intent to play baseball in college.

Michael Adams signs with the University of Albany, Wednesday November 13th, 2013.  Michael plans to major in Finance.  Albany head coach Jon Mueller: "Michael is a big right-handed pitcher with very good mechanics to go along with his upper 80's fastball.  His 6'5" frame and advanced feel for two off-speed pitches has us excited for the impact he will have on our pitching staff."

Christian McClure signs with Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Wednesday November 13th, 2013.  Christian plans to major in Computer Science and particpate in the ROTC program.  IUP head coach Jeff Ditch:  "We evaluated Christian at the Prep Baseball Report Showcase in Bucknell and PA Nine Futures Classic, both of which gave us confidence that he would be a go to guy on our pitching staff.  With our team graduating seven pitchers, we have a strong need to add quality frontline pitching like Christian."

Kole Aumiller signs with Shippensburg University, Wednesday November 13th, 2013.  Kole plans to major in History.

Mitchel Lacey signs with Virginia Commonwealth University, Monday November 18th, 2013.  Mitchel plans to major in Biology.
