Welcome to Idlewild Eagles Track site. I would like to thank the runners and their families who made our Second season a great success.
Our kids competed with the best the Carolinas had to offer and if I say so myself they held thier own.Our Track club doubled in membership and we are looking for even more growth this season. We are looking for 2010 to be our break - out year with amny of our runners qualifing for Nationals.
Idlewild Eagles fall under the umberela of the Carolina Community Intervention Program a non-profit org. Our track and field athletes range in age from 7 - 18. We will compete in meets throughout Charlotte and the North Carolina area.
We are accepting application for the 2010 season, practice will take place on Tuesday and Thursday's begining March 11th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Albenarle Rd. Middle School.We will take application until we are full.
Since CCIP track club has grown we are in need of coaches to assist us as we move forward. For more info please call CCIP tarck club @ 704-890-9151.
