2010 Program Updates - Updated August 29, 2010
Important updates for the 2010 Season:

To all our Taste of Johns Creek volunteers: THANK YOU! This event would not have happened without you. Your efforts selling tickets and volunteering your time before, during, and after the event made all the difference in the success of the Taste of Johns Creek. The true heroes of the night are all the restaurants who came out in the August heat and provided the delicious food to the masses. They donated their time and resources to support Chattahoochee and to show our appreciation, we need to support them. Not only patronize their restaurants, but encourage your friends and family to do so. If your neighborhood is catering a party, use one of these restaurants. And remember when you visit the restaurant, thank them for their support and participation in the Taste of Johns Creek. They need to know we appreciate their support! Finally, we would like your feedback. If you have suggestions on how to improve the event in any way, please email to Jr.Cougar.Secretary@gmail.com. CHS Football Team Update - Exciting News! Congratulations goes out to Ammon Lakip and his parents. After attending the Pro Kicker football camp for kickers, punters and long snappers, Ammon has been voted the #1 High School Kicker in the Nation!!!!! For more information you can view him on www.Prokicker.com . Just one more reason to be excited about Chattahoochee football this year!

Items Needed for Equipment Hand-Out
Items Required for Equipment Hand-Out... PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY ITEMS FOR EQUIPMENT HAND-OUT. If you are missing anything, you will NOT get your equipment for your player:
- Your son. We cannot fit equipment without your player.
- Birth Certificate. A copy of your son’s birth certificate. PLEASE DO NOT BRING THE ORIGINAL, AS WE’LL HAVE TO KEEP IT AND MAKE A COPY AND THEN GIVE IT BACK TO YOU LATER. Please just bring a copy.
- A parent or guardian. An adult parent or guardian MUST be with the player to sign applicable forms.
- Registration. Please make sure this is completed BEFORE the 17th.
- Registration Fee. If this is not paid, your son will NOT receive equipment.
- Deposit Checks. The volunteer deposit check is $50 and the check MUST be post-dated 11/01/2010. The equipment deposit check is $250 and must also be post-dated for 11/01/2010.
- Physical. A current - as of 2010 physical form. The form can be downloaded from the website (in the forms area).
- Waiver. Please download and print the applicable waiver from our forms section (the 4th and 5th Graders use one waiver, while 6th-8th Grades use the one for the GMSAA League). Please make sure your provide the ORIGINAL waiver downloaded from the site, signed (preferably in blue ink). PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE A COPY OF THE FORM - ONLY THE ORIGINAL.
- Fundraising Form. Please be prepared to sign a fundraising form for the 2010 Season with your fundraising election. This is mandatory for ALL participants to sign.

If your e-mail address (or any other contact information) changes, or if we do not yet have it, please send the information to Ashley Rogers at jr.cougar.secretary@gmail.com and to your Team Parent.
Ashley maintains our master rosters and provides each Head Coach and Team Parent with contact information for their teams, so this information is very important. Thank you!
