HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLER REGISTRATION
Register for USA Card online NOW - Print and complete Insurance and medical release forms and bring to mat room- High School wrestlers pay $60 for entry fees.
USA registration and Insurance forms can be found by clicking on appropriate link on left menu.
IN ADDITION...COMPLETE AND SUBMIT CLUB REGISTRATION ONLINE FORM FOR EACH WRESTLER IN FAMILY BY CLICKING ONLINE FORM BUTTON ON MENU.
