Your Freshman team improve to 3-1
After capturing 3rd place at the Jurupa Classic your freshman team went back to work with an impressive victory of Ganesha to improve to 3-1. Your Lady Jags take on Heritage today at 3:15.
JUNIOR VARSITY DOMINATE IN THEIR 1ST GAME OF THE SEASON
If this was a taste of whats yet to come for the JV team, then we better fasten our seat belt because its going to be one exciting season. Your Jaguars took care of Ganesha last night with a score of 73-10. They came out from the tip off energized, and excited. Leading the surge was Alysia Trejo and Pristine Tompkin who both finished with 16 points. Your JV team take on Heritage tonight at 4:45.
VARSITY GRIND OUT A VICTORY OVER GANESHA 63-59
Larissa Loera led the Jaguars with 21 points and Stephaine Bryant finished with 14 points. Andrea Thompson had 8 points.
Freshman capture 3rd place at there own tournament
Your Freshman girls basketball team came out ballin Monday night to beat Temescal Canyon HS for 3rd Place. Your lady jags went down early 9-2, but they came back with Charmaine Wayne's sharp shooting. It was an impressive performance by all the girls. Charmaine finished with a game high 15 points, and Dianna Snyder finished with 10 points. Freshman improve to 2-1 for the season and play tomorrow vs. Ganesha at home, 3:15.
JV's play at 4:45 and your VARSITY GIRLS PLAY AT 6:30. Come out and support your Jaguars.
Varsity takes it to Mesa Grande, Improve to 2-1

It was a slow start for your Lady Jaguars last night as they took on a tough Mesa Grande team. Mesa Grande used a stiffing defense to slow down Larissa and Stephaine in the first half. Stephaine was limited to 3 shots in the first half. The Jaguars took at 21-16 lead into halftime before they got back on track. They came out storming, knocking down shots, pressuring their opponent with a full court man to man press. The deadly one-two punch of Larissa and Stephaine was too much for Mesa Grande in the 2nd half. Stephaine finished with 18 points (all in the 2nd half) and Larissa had a game high 23 points. Freshman sensation Paige Tompkin AKA "Nightmare" came in the 2nd half to give the team a spark on the defensive end. She also finished with 6 points. Next opponent will be Saturday vs. Temecula for the Consolation Championship. Way to go Jags!
Freshman and JV open their season away at Corona HS
Good luck to the Freshman and JV team as they take on Corona HS. It should be a great game. Freshman at 3:15, JV at 4:45. Directions are in "CALENDAR"
Your Varsity girls bounce back with a dramatic victory over Colton
After losing there 1st game of the season, your Lady Jags bounced back and dismantled Colton High School with an impression victory of 81-31. Going into the 4th quarter the Jaguars needed 3 three pointers to break the school record of 15. Andrea Thompson AKA "Dre-NO" caught the ball on the first possession and swished the 1st three. Larissa and Shawnay June came right back knocking down two three's in a row to put the record in the bag. Leading the way was Andrea and Stephaine Bryant AKA "Shot Caller" knocking down 6 threes a piece, finishing with 18 points and 22 points respectively. Senior Forward, Lynda Merren finished the game with 11 points. Next game for the Jaguars will be Thursday night at 8:00pm at Aquinas High School.
Varsity girls lose opener
Your lady Jags fought hard in the season opener vs. Sultana. They fell short 63-57. Leading scorer of the night was future Western New Mexico player, Larissa Loera with a game high 33 points. Stephaine bryant pitched in with 15 points.

Come out and support our Freshman program as they play in their tournament this Saturday. They will play Ontario HS at 10:30am and depending on how they do they will play at 12pm or 1:30pm.
****Parents we can always use your help for these days as we will be in the gym starting at 8am-10pm. Thats right 10pm! Understand that all of the proceeds goes to our girls basketball program.
***WE WILL BE CHARGING AT THE DOOR****

THIS WEEK'S PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Due to the varsity boys program hosting a tournament at our school, our practice times will be different, so bare with us. Practice times are in "CALENDAR." These times may and will change at anytime due to the coaches work schedule.
Varsity 1st game Monday Nov 30th, in the Big Daddy Tourney
Your Lady Jags get it started November 30th in the Big Daddy Tournament. They are set to take on Sultana High School. Mondays game will take place at Aquinas High School at 6:30. If your Lady Jags win, they will face the winner of Colton and Aquinas on Tuesday at Aquinas HS at 8:00pm. For Directions to Aquinas High School, click on "DIRECTIONS" on our menu.
Scrimmage at Jurupa Valley Wednesday 25th
Family and friends come out and support your Lady Jags as they take on La Sierra High School Wednesday, November 25th. Freshman tip off at 3:00pm, Junior Varsity at 4:30 and your Varsity team will start at 6:00. Games will take place at Jurupa Valley High School. We will not be charging an admission fee. Its FREE!!!!

Parents, it is mandatory that all players attend all practices during Thanksgiving break. This will be the same once we get into the Christmas break aswell. Our season is quickly approaching and we have alot to cover before our first games.

Thank you to all the parents who were in attendants on Saturday for our meeting. As you can see, it was pretty loud in the gym. This is how it is every day of the week and will be like this for the next 4 months. If you have any questions about the meeting feel free to email the coach or give him a call. We covered, ways to fundraiser for spirit pack, different kinds of fundraisers that were being offered to your daughter.
**One thing coach forgot to mention was "Adopt the Player" sponsorship which you can print out in the "HANDOUT" section here.
