***ATTENTION***
All wrestlers that plan on participating in the PCJWL tournaments will need to turn in the league waiver packet and a copy of their birth certificate ASAP. Participants must be 5-12 years old and can't turn 13 before January 1st. Please contact Marlee Lucas with any questions.

Folkstyle Practice Schedule

*All practices will be held in the Mel Korum YMCA Youth Gym
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Beginner/Intermediate 5:00pm-6:30pm
Advanced 6:30pm-8:00pm
Cost = $75
*Sign-up @ Membership Services (all wrestlers must have a current YMCA membership)
The competitive program is more demanding physically and requires a larger time commitment. As a competitive wrestler you will be involved in a 15 week season. Beginning October 20th, 2009 the team will practice 3 days a week with tournaments on the weekend. Tournaments are local and statewide. The season will end with the Folkstyle State Championships at the end of January.
This is a great opportunity for all participants to gain valuable experience and enhance their wrestling skills.
USA Wrestling
We will be competing under USAW and WSWA regulations. All participants will be required to have a USA Wrestling card before they enter the program. Click on "USAW Card" at the Main Menu to purchase your card.
