About the Lower Allen Baseball Association
Lower Allen Baseball is a member of the Greater West Shore Baseball League which is composed of five baseball associations: Lower Allen Baseball, Highland Athletic Association, Lemoyne Youth Baseball, West Fairview Baseball, and Wormleysburg Athletic Association.

Opening Day for all teams is Saturday, April 10th, 2010. Picture day is Friday evening, April 9th.

LABA Little League Day (Orioles vs. Red Sox) on Sunday, May 2nd, 2010 at 1:35. As in the past several years, LABA has purchased 200 reserved tickets for Little League Day at Camden Yards for $10 a ticket. Seats are in the Upper Deck behind home plate (Sec. 328). Monthly meetings Lower Allen Baseball Association meetings will be monthly on the first Sunday of the month from 7:30 to 8:30 at the Wert Field House. Due to the Superbowl, the next meeting will be on Sunday, January 31st at 7:30.
Lower Allen Baseball Community Fundraising night at Hoss's Come out for lunch or dinner at Hoss's on December 30th and help support Lower Allen Baseball. 20% of the total checks go to our organization. Feb. 1, 2009: Tee Ball and Pony game Changes for 2009
Tee Ball (6 & 7 year olds) is planned to be true Tee Ball
where the tee is used all the time. In other words, coaches
will not be pitching at all as was done in the past.
Pony (8 year olds) is planned to be hitting off of a pitching machine. At some point (around mid-season) there could be a decision
to have players start to pitch.
