TEAMS FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2015

 

  • 12A's-WAUGH/YOUNGBERGB-bugmancraig@sbcglobal.com (This is a young 12's team2003-2005. This is instead of the 10's team that was proposed.  They will remain at this level through summer 2015.  This is an A team and will play more local tournaments such as Grapettes and RR Gold, etc)
  • 12A's-MATTOS- Marc Mattos-510-773-8920 (This will be an older 12's 2002 and 2003 and will move up to 14's in the Fall)
  • 14 SUMMER-JOHNSON-Deena Qualls 510-274-0173(This will be a heavy recruiting team)
  • 14 SPRING ONLY-ASHLEY HEBEL 573-587-1043 (For the 8th graders who are looking to play in spring and then jump to their 14's team in summer)

KENDALL CORE COMMITS TO ALABAMA STATE!

K-Core has accepted a scholarship to play for Coach Hall at Alabama State. Kendall wants to work as a physical therapist and is deciding amongst several different majors. Kendall fell in love with the campus and the team on her official visit and is looking forward to playing in their new stadium. Congratulations Kendall!!! GO HORNETS!!

NICOLE "NUNU" EVANS COMMITS TO MCNEESE STATE UNIVERISTY

Nicole Evans has accepted a scholarship to play for McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. McNeese State is a D1 school and is coached by Mike Smith. The Cowboy's beat both Oregon State and Arizona State last year and NuNu is looking forward to the competitive schedule. NuNu will be majoring in psychology and plans to go onto medical school to become a forensic psychiatrist specializing in young adults and children. Congratulations NuNu! GO COWBOYS!

KAYLA BUFARDECI MAKES THE USA NATIONAL WOMEN'S BASEBALL TEAM!!

Kayla will be headed to Canada for the 2012 World Cup!! Congrats to Kayla!! Games will be on ESPN...more info to follow!!  GO USA!!

ALYSSA "LOULOU" LANZA COMMITS TO DOMINICAN UNIVERISTY

LouLou has accepted a scholarship to play for Dominican University. Dominican was LouLou's dream school and is very excited to be playing for the Peguins under Coach Sparry. LouLou plans to study Nursing! Congratulations LouLou! Dominican University was founded in 1890. GO PEGUINS!!

KAREN CHAW COMMITS TO DARTMOUTH COLLEGE

Karen Chaw has announced that she has decided to play for Ivy League's Dartmouth College. Karen will be majoring in either math or science. Karen had numerous opportunities but decided on Dartmouth because she loved the campus, softball team and quality of education offered. Dartmouth is located in New Hampshire and is at the 11th in National Universities. Karen will be playing for the BIG GREEN Coach Hanson! Congratulations Karen!

NICOLE BORCHARD SIGNS WITH COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY

Nicole has accepted an offer to play for the Lions at Columbia University in New York City. Columbia University is highly selective and is ranked 4th in the nation in addition to being one of the top research institutions in the country. Nicole will be majoring in Biology and plans to attend medical school and specialize in cancer research. Columbia is part of the Division 1 Ivy League and is lead by Coach Noonan. GO LIONS!!

LISA RODRIGUES SIGNS WITH UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO

Lisa Rodrigues celebrating with her father Dan, Mother Patty and sister, Stephanie. Lisa will be playing for University of New Mexico for Coach, Erica Beach. Lisa is a three time All League Pitcher for Heritage High School. She is a versatile athlete with a great attitude. She plans to pursue a career in medicine and we are looking forward to watching her play as a Lobos!! New Mexico Press Release!

TAYLOR VINCENT WILL PLAY FOR UC BEREKELY!!

Taylor Vincent will be playing softball for the University of California-Berkeley! Cal was the 2002 NCAA National Champions and has numerous appearances at the College World Series. In addition to Taylor being able to compete at the highest level of softball, she will also receive some of the best education available. Taylor will be majoring in physics and in addition to Cal being known for their softball, Cal Physics was rated #3 In US News & World Report Ranking in 2008. Taylor's hard work and perseverance has certainly paid off!

Keri Ball has accepted a scholarship to play for CSU Stanislaus! Keri will be playing under Coach Schefkowitz. Congratulations Keri!! GO WARRIORS

Congratulations to Bri for accepting a scholarship to play for the Matadors in 2010. CSU Northridge is a D1 school that competes in the Big West Conference.

We are excited to announce that Morgan has received an athletic scholarship and has offically signed with the Buccaneers! Morgan has been a starter on Amador Valley High School softball team since her freshmen year. Congratulations Morgan!!!




Hustle meets Cal Berkeley's Coach Ninemire

Thank You Coach Ninemire and Kristina Thorson. We are so grateful that Coach Ninemire took time out of her busy day to privately meet with the Hustle players and talk to them about what it takes to become a Cal player and how blessed they are to be receiving training from "Thor" at such a young age! Go Hustle!
