2009 NFL YOUTH FALL SEASON
Registration for the 2009 LBC "NFL" Youth Flag Football League 2009 Fall League Season will is now open. Due to the popularity of this program, please make a note to register early to secure a spot in what is going to be a very fun league season. Our association, Liberty Bell Classic was formed in 2006 and has featured sports such as basketball, soccer and football in addition to hosting several national tournaments. Future success has always been based on quality coaching, league management experience and the following of our core values in assisting parents in developing young athletes into quality young adults.
Fall Season Information - (open to all children ages 5 thru 17 years old)
Age cutoff date is September 1st
· Elementary Division (ages 6 to 8 years old)
· Junior Division (ages 9 to 11 years old)
· Major Division (ages 12 to 14 years old)
Practices start in late August (1-2 per week. Individual team coaches can schedule the specific practice days - NOT the league). The regular seasons begins on Saturday September 19th and the season will end in early November. Game location will be announced shortly.
SPECIAL REGISTRATION REQUESTS BY PARENTS or COACHES : Special team placement requests can be granted by requests. The league will try to accomodate these request but parents must understand that the volume of requests will be high - With the popularity of the NFL Youth Program worldwide, the most favorable manner in which to form balance teams is by the league randomly placing the same number of equal aged players on each team.
COACHES NEEDED: Individuals looking to become part of the LBC Youth Flag Football family as a "head coach" next fall season should email the league at libertybellclassic@yahoo.com for more detailed information. League offers a new coaches training class and provides an in depth coaches packet and manual for those interested in becoming officially part of the league's coaching staff. Coaches selected will have one assistant coach and their children will of course be assigned to that teams roster.
