Please make sure that your players know that returning equipment is just as important as checking it out. In the past few years, one of our largest expenses has been replacing unreturned equipment. This was such a critical issue in the past that we instituted a program whereby the players were required to return their equipment immediately following the last game. This policy, while it insured that most of the equipment would be returned, did have some unintended results -- especially involving those players who forgot to bring a change of clothes. In any case, we've decided to reinstitute or older program which requires the players to return the equipment on a specific date. This requires everyone's cooperation.

Any player who does not return their equipment will not receive a letter of intent, nor will they be allowed to enroll in the program for 2010 until their equipment is returned.
