"Laying the Foundation for Success"
The mission statement for the Norphlet Youth Football Organization goes far beyond the gridiron. NYF coaches try to develop high standards in their players that will last a lifetime. The Leopard coaching staff tries to develop good habits in the young players by stressing the "4 E's of Success"
"Effort" - Give your whole heart in everything you do in life.
"Enthusiasm" - Show your love for those things important to you.
"Education" - Be a champion in the classroom.
"Endurance" - If it is worth starting it is worth ending.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT NYF
Norphlet Youth Football is proud of it's tradition on the field. But the NYF is also proud of it's tradition off the field also. NYF coaches strive to better the lives of young people by showing them that success comes through hard work. NYF has had some great young people come through their organization from all over Union County. This is just a sample of what some people had to say about their NYF experience.
"Last season was our first as a youth football player. My son Jason was totally uncontrollable at home and in school. After starting football his whole attitude and behavior has changed. I contribute this to the wonderful coaches at Norphlet. I do not believe that I would have survived the third grade without them.
