Start time: 8:30am for all groups but Silver and Gold

Start time: 9:20am silver and gold individual and group photos
All groups except Silver and Gold should be done by 9:15am, after the large team photo.
Swimmers please wear your black LLSC t-shirts and shorts .
Photos will be taken outside because the pool is busy with lessons.

Johnson Bentley Community Clean-up
Friday June 15th
3:30 - 5:00pm community clean-up
5:00 - 6:30pm swim practice as usual
District of West Kelowna is hosting a Community Clean-up in June and LLSC has committed to cleaning up the area around JBMAC.
The District of West Kelowna is supplying gloves and garbage bags for the event.
Swimmers please arrive at JBMAC at usual time. Parents are always welcome to help too.
Suzi DaSilva is organizing this event and will be at JBMAC that afternoon.

Sports Education Workshop - Gold & Silver groups
Mental Skills Training for Competition In sports, so many things are left to chance. Why let your mental mindset be one of them? This workshop will explore how an appropriate mental state can bridge the gap between what you think you can accomplish and what you actually achieve; and provide tools and resources that will help you remove psychological barriers to sport performance. Participants: Gold & Silver swimmers
