Registration Information 2015
Are you a boy in grades K-8th? Are you interested in playing a team sport?
Longmeadow Boys Lacrosse Association (LBLA) needs you! No experience required.
Lacrosse \ n. \ The sport of lacrosse is a combination of basketball, soccer and hockey. Anyone can play lacrosse — the big or the small. Quickness and speed are two highly prized qualities in lacrosse. Originally played by North American Indians, in which the ball is thrown, caught, and carried with a long-handled stick with a triangular frame at one end with a piece of shallow netting in the angle. An exhilarating sport, also known as the fastest game on two feet.
Our In-Person Registration Sessions have already been held, but you can still register your son for this spring! To register, complete the Registration Form located in the Handouts tab to the left, and mail the form and check to the P.O. Box shown on the form.
PLEASE NOTE: A late fee of $35 will be assessed returning players for registration forms received between February 1, 2015 and February 28, 2015, with no late fee payable by new players. Registration is by permission beginning March 1, 2015. If accepted, a late fee of $45 will apply for returning players, $30 for new players.
