Longmeadow Boys Lacrosse 5K Road Race and Youth 1 Mile Fun Run - Saturday June 6th

Race Application can be found in the Handouts section of this website under the Main Menu on the left.

Hi everyone -

The Longmeadow Boys Lacrosse Association is having a Fundraiser the morning of June 6th.

This Fundraiser is going to be a 5K Walk or Run. We will also be having a 1 Mile Walk or Run for kids 14 and under.

The event will be held at Blueberry Hill School (the 1 Mile Walk or Run for the kids will be on Russell Field, right next to Blueberry Hill School).

Our walkers will start at 8:30 AM….Runners go out at 9 AM….Under 14 one mile starts at 10:30 AM.

All the information on signing up is in our race Application which can be found in the Handouts section to the left….please take note of the Sponsors that are listed.

If you know anyone affiliated with them….please say THANK YOU….without them the event doesn’t happen.

We are still accepting Corporate Sponsors….so if you know someone…please pass this along.

All proceeds will be split between the Longmeadow Boys Lacrosse Association and the Garrett Gagne Memorial Fund.

We have roughly 200 kids in our program….my hope is that we have a large majority of them sign up for any of the three options…

If one parent signs up for each child….that’s another 100 people….

So you can see that this has the opportunity to be a HUGE Event!!

If you would like to volunteer to help out the morning of the event (registration, mile markers, set up, etc.)….please e-mail your contact information to gmac735@hotmail.com.

Thank you,

Greg Macdonald
