Be sure to HYDRATE your player aggressively before every practice...
If they have not consumed enough water prior to the expense of sweat, it will be almost impossible to replenish in enough time to avoid dehydration.
All players should be hydrating leading up to practice, consistently throughout practice and continually after practice.
This is critical to your players health and well-being!
