Please email practice requests to ghazi_73@yahoo.com. Please indicate "Practice Request" on the subject line of your message. Requests will be accepted via email only (no text messages or phone calls please). Please include the date, time, and location of your request as well as the team you represent. Practice requests will be accepted starting at 12:00 A.M. on Monday of the week prior to the requested practice. Initial requests each week should include no more than one field and one cage. Those requests will be processed by mid-week. Starting at 12:00 A.M. on Thursday, teams may request additional practice times for the following week. All requests will be handled in the order in which they are received.
