To all coaches of metro we would like to announce The home going services for Alfred Johnson B.K.A. Coach Al from the 1st and Ten Cowboys will begin on Wednesday May 23, 2012 with an viewing his body @ Joseph C. Brown Funneral Home located at corner of Fulton Ave and Reistertown Road from 3:00pm to 8:00pm followed by his wake and funneral services on May 24, 2012 for friends and family starting @ 12noon.
Metro would like to send out our prayers to the family of Coach Al from the 1st & Ten Cowboys football organization we're praying for Coach Al to have a speedy recovery, our prayers and blessings goes out to him and his family.

Seasons Greetings
Happy New Years to all we hope that everyone had a joyful and pleasent holiday. We're looking forward to seeing all of you at the first Metro meeting of the year (TBA). This year we are looking to make Metro bigger and better this season and many seasons to come. We're asking that everyone come with a open mind and some new ideas that will help to make this season a big success.
