If you're really tired, you probably need to just take a half hour break. Letting your body rest is the best way to regain lost energy. If you're super tired, you might even have to call it a day and go skate again tomorrow.

A 540 shuvit is probably impossible to land on flat ground, but, if you're feeling it, you can give it a go. The easiest and most common shuvit that people do is the 180 shuvit, although a few people can perform 360 shuvits as well. The pop shuvit is a variation of the shuvit.
