PRACTICE BEGINS January 24th 2011 STARTING @ 4:30PM @ Morse High School. When Daylight Savings Times occurs practice will be from 5-6:30pm
The MLK Blasters Youth Track and Field Club is a non-profit organization, which offers boys and girls ages 5-18 an opportunity to participate in track and field competitions. The MLK Blasters are governed by the USA Track & Field Organization (USATF), which is the National Governing Body for track and field, long-distance running and race walking in the United States. Our coaching staff consists of women and men who are former collegiate and high school athletes, dedicated community volunteers and committed parents. This track and field club was established in 1988 to provide an opportunity for OUR youth to be able to participate in positive athletic activities that encourages academic achievement, enhances and develops youth social skills, self-esteem, civic character, and discern Cho-ge-Chacolea (Self-determination).
