All coaches required to have background checks.
Instructions for clearances
In accordance to the by-laws of the Beaver County Youth Baseball League and the MYBLA, head coaches and assistant coaches at all levels are required to have a PA state police criminal background check done in order to be on the field for games or practices. This is also required of coaches in the T-Ball division. We encourage any parent who wishes to be part of a coaching staff to contact their child's head coach for any openings. Click on the link for instructions on how to obtain your clearances. Contact Brad Skrlac or any officer with any questions.
MYBLA's long distance sponsor..The Forty Nineteens!!
The MYBLA welcomes The Forty Nineteens as our first "Home Run" Sponsor. The Forty Nineteens sound was forged in Detroit and LA's late '80's underground scene. Their music can be desribed as Alt 80's, Garage Rock, Americana, Pop/Punk, with a Motor City powerplant and good-time raucousness. Monaca native and former MYBLA player Nick Zeigler and his fellow band members in California are releasing their debut album No Expiration Date in April. Our thanks to Nick (whose family home overlooked centerfield) and the band for their support. Check out their website at www.thefortynineteens.com.
