Fall 2013 Registration

WESTERN BROWN YOUTH SOCCER

FALL 2013 REGISTRATION

 

When:

May 21 (Tuesday)  4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Mt. Orab Library

June 1 (Saturday)  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Mt. Orab Library

June 15 (Saturday) 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Orab Library

 

Cost:

Player Fee $75.00 / $60.00 each additional player in household

Uniforms $28.00 per set (set includes shirt/shorts/socks)

($25.00 late fee for registrations received after June 21st / No Refunds after August 9th)

 

 

Any child who has not participated in Western Brown Youth Soccer must bring a copy of that

child’s birth certificate to registration.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE BEING PUT ON A ROSTER

3 V 3 INVITATIONAL SOCCER TOURNAMENT

Here is your chance to gather a team!!

Anyone who assembles a team is welcome to participate.

 

When: June 8th and 9th 2013

Where: W.B.Y.S Fields

On 101 Brooks Malott Rd. in Mt.Orab Ohio 45154

 

Registration FEE and Deadline:

$90.00 PER TEAM

Entry fees must accompany your team registration. Teams may have 3-6 players.

Coed teams will play in the male division. All U6 teams are coed.

Teams accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.

Event Directors reserve the right to expand or consolidate age groups as deemed necessary.

 

TEAMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED WILL BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND.

 

Registration, roster, and payment must be received by May 17, 2013.

 

Teams Must have matching jerseys with a number on back

 

 

 

Tournament T-shirts may be ordered and paid for at time of registration.

 

 

 

Awards for 1st and 2nd place teams will be given in each division
