EARLY REGISTRATION

PRACTICE BEGINS IN JULY

2015 REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

 

We are currently registering youth ages 4–14 for the 2015 season.

Cheerleaders and Football Players: No tryouts!

 

DIVISIONS (Age as of August 1, 2015)

Flag: 6 yr old & under (no weight limit)

Mighty Mite: 8 yr old & under (no weight limit)

Pee Wee: 10 yr old & under (no weight limit)

Juniors: 12 yr old & under (no weight limit)
Seniors: 14 yr old & under (no weight limit)

 LOCATION: 

·    The Mulberry Panthers Youth Football Field (Evelyn Clark Badcock Field). 

·   310 Kid Ellis Rd – Mulberry, FL (located off of Hwy 60 behind Mulberry Inn & Suites and Badcock  Distribution Center). 

·   Registration is held in the Field House (will see a set of stairs leading up to the field house).

 

REGISTRATION FEES

FEES DUE IN ADVANCE TO PARTICIPATE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Flag Football - $75.00 (includes use of jersey. Player keeps: Game Shorts & T-Shirt)

Tackle Football - $125.00 (includes use of practice & game uniforms, helmet & football pads. Player keeps: Shorts & T-Shirt)

NEW Cheerleaders - $250.00 (includes complete cheer uniform package. Cheerleader keeps all items)

RETURNING Cheerleaders from 2014 season - $150.00 (includes new shoes, socks, hair bow, shorts& T-Shirt)

SIBLINGS DISCOUNT:$15.00 discount for each sibling joining after first full paid athlete.

All fees are due at the time of registration.  CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY!

Registration Form/Documents:

Registration forms will be available at registration or SAVE TIME, to download forms, select 'Forms'

 

 Please bring the following documents to registration:

·   Original Birth Certificate

·   Current school year report card

·    Current 2015 Sports Physical (Due before practice begins in July 2015)

·   Cheerleaders only – a current picture (wallet-sized photo–head shot)

 

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - We will be needing cheer coaches, football coaches, and team moms/dads for our upcoming season. Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering, as we prepare for a GREAT NEW PANTHER SEASON!
