WEATHER POLICY
Aside from game delays by league site directors/referees, your Head Coach is the final authority on schedule changes for team activities. You will be notified by the communication structure your individual team has established. If a program-level decision is reached in advance of an activity to change or cancel, a notice will be posted on the website, time permitting. The website posting is a supplemental source of program-wide announcements. Your Head Coach and team communication plan are the primary sources of information.
