THE FALLBALL SEASON BEGINS ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 17th 2011!!

HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION

BELOW IS ALL THE INFORMATION!!

1. Opening Day: On or about SEPTEMBER 17th 2011!
Regular Season ends on or about OCTOBER 29TH
PLAYOFFS/CHAMPIONSHIP DAY : on or about NOVEMBER 5/6TH!

2. Games: 10 (7 inning games) PLUS playoffs
Will need Fields & blackout dates as soon as possible!

3. Fees: $250 (League Administrative Fee) 10% discount off admin fee for returning teams Summer 2011
$120 (Umpire Bond) If u played Spring or SUMMER 2011 not needed
$50 (Prize Fund)
$25 (1 TIME PER YEAR UMPIRE REG FEE)
$100 For teams without fields!!!

PLAYOFFS: TOP 4 TEAMS MAKES PLAYOFFS!

6. RULES:
A: 1- HS Division (no player born before 4/1/1993)
B: All teams must submit roster by Friday, SEPTEMBER 16th, 2011
C: We will follow High School/NJBL rules
(Except were stated here)
D: We will Bat 11 (If 1 team has less then 11 other team may
match # of batters) & have universal fielding (Players
can play field regardless if there in the batting order)
E: No Automatic outs if any player has to leave game early
F: Balks- 1 warning per pitcher
G: Pitching- 5 INNINGS MAX PER GAME! (DOUBLEHEADER 7INNINGS MAX TOTAL)
H: Uniforms- Must be matching at all times!
I: 12 run mercy rule after 5 complete innings!

7. Insurance: Everyone MUST have there own insurance!

8. Standing Tie Breaker: Points System! 2 points for a win & 1 point for a tie!
